Help!

I tried getting into bcp via chrome on my phone came up with a 403 and said I was trying to enter a restricted area and that it marked my ip. Got on tapatalk on the same phone (right now) but need to get to my pm

Same thing for me from a desktop, but I got in just now from said desktop.

I got the same restricted area / recording my IP but I just x'ed it out and tried again & everything worked normally. Hope the cops don't come knocking at my door though.....
