Help me find a spinner bulkhead

Guys, I need to tap into the vast knowledge here to try and identify a spinner bulkhead that I use on my Bearhawk. I've spent an enormous amount of time going through IPCs but haven't found anything that I can make work. I've also tried to find a place that will custom make one; not luck there either.

Here's the requirements:

The bulkhead must mount sandwiched between the prop hub and the crank flange. Like this:

Must be designed to fit a Continental.

The bulkhead needs a forward offset of around 1" similar to a Cessna 210 bulkhead

Would be preferable if it was for a 13" diameter spinner.

Any ideas what airplane may have such a spinner bulkhead?

Re: Help me find a spinner bulkhead

If you order a brand new 2 blade MCCauley prop for a 180/182 this is the spinner/ bulkhead you get with it. You won’t find it in the Cessna parts manual due to it being a retrofit/ upgrade.

My initial thought, If you allready have a spinner, is to get a prop hub extension from Sabre.

Thanks PAMR MX. I looked at extensions before but I’ll check them out again. I have a 180 spinner but don’t plan to use it.

That McCauley bulkhead looks like it would be perfect. Any chance you have a part number?

Re: Help me find a spinner bulkhead

I’ve seen similar back plates on a Cessna 337 or 336 when I was spinner hunting.
Being experimental, you could make your own spinner from fiberglass quite easily

My dad has made a few backplates from soft aluminum a form and a lot of patience.

Thanks. I'll checkout the mixmaster spinner assemblies.

My grandpa was going to make a bulkhead for me but he has lost 80% of his eyesight. Our backup plan is to make one out of fiberglass and use aluminum for the piece that gets sandwiched between the hub and flange. But I'm getting kinda tired of making stuff.

I called McCauley and they said it's either a Cessna spinner assembly or a D-7519-1 McCauley assembly. Neither of those have as much forward offset as this one appears to have. If you have the pn to that assembly I'd sure appreciate it if you shared it with me.
