Henry Riggi from Manitoba?

Is anyone familiar with this aircraft builder from St. Andrews? I'm not even sure if he's still among us, but thought there's a chance someone in the surrounding Winnipeg area might know or be aware of him.

Thanks.

Re: Henry Riggi from Manitoba?

Henry was an AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) who maintained many of the GA aircraft in the Winnipeg area including my PA-16 before I bought it. He was very good with rag and tube types especially covering. When I last met him a few years ago, his health was failing so he may have passed by now.
