It's my pet peeve when people post links of planes for sale because they'll be gone and a week and no one will know what we're talking about, lol.

How is this guy justifying this Kitfox being a LSA? He says "1550 gross wt. when completed as LSA, registered as Light Sport". So...it's not a light sport aircraft at 1550. 230lbs over. A little confused but maybe i'm not understanding something.
