How do I register a Weedhopper?

No. I got frightened away from weedhoppers and the owner found a buyer for the plane and kept the hangar. The guy only had the weedhopper for 2 months. I haven't heard if he is recovered or not.

Strictly speaking, I cannot tell if this proves anything or not. For example, here's a guy who died by crashing Aerolite 103:
