Can take some pics this weekend when I'm out at the hangar if it will help?
It might be just an anomaly, but speaking of hand pumps, sometimes you have to relieve pressure in the system by moving the emergency pump switch for and aft (gear up and gear down positions) then back to neutral to get the electric pump to actually move the gear.
When you turn on the master switch and hear the pump kick in for a second, then you know you're good to go.
