I spent too much time reading bigrenna's threads and now my planes interior is in a million little pieces.

I'm in MD and my planes are all tucked away for the winter in northern MN. Besides, I don't relish the idea of having to plow/shovel several feet of snow!!!
Heck, I'm going to Florida tomorrow anyway!!

It was apparently a complete surprise to maintenance that we were flying our scheduled lines and they had no aircraft available. Contract MX at its finest.

Because my instructor was late with an oil change on another bird in another airport 1.1 hours away. Planned another flight for tomorrow, Cross country KPKB to W22, and get called out to work early and its the only time the damn plane is available on this gorgeous weather weekend we have. Not going to make it. En route weather is a little too iffy and too cold for my daughter to spend that much time in the plane. We've met...at JC...twice

Don't mind me...I knew that! That's what happens when you've been sick and out of it for the better part of the last three weeks. I've found myself making a lot of mental slips this week. Finally feeling better.

I knew you knew, I just had to rib ya a little. Weather man is saying 40% chance snow and rain between Poky and Preston and 35F. Not the kind of weather I want to fly with my little girl in. Maybe I'll make it next month.
