Ice Pilots Season 2

A brief review, after having watched the whole season (I think, 13 episodes):

I enjoyed it a lot more than Season 1. It seemed like they focused on the flying and individual adventures a lot more than the BS rampie drama. They put skis on the DC-3 for a frozen lake landing, and later took it into a very sandy strip. After having watched the Flying Wild Alaska season, I thought Ice Pilots wouldn't be that great anymore, but I enjoyed it.

Don't ask me how I watched the episodes. :) They're out there.

I watched a couple of episodes yesterday and really enjoyed it. I had never seen or heard of this show before.

They do try to dramatize things, but that's just something you have to endure to see a little aviation stuff. Such shows are few and far between.

Some years ago there was a network called "The Flying Channel." What ever happened to that?
