Idaho Aviation Expo 2014 Attendee Information
Welcome to the Idaho Aviation Expo 2014! Here is some information to help you plan and make the
most of your expo visit.
Expo doors are open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday the 16th, and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday
the 17th.
If you are flying in to Idaho Falls, Idaho (KIDA) for the expo, Aero Mark’s XL building is south of the
tower, off of taxiway Alpha. We will have marshalers out to park you, and feel free to give us a call on
Unicom at 122.95 to let us know that you are here for the expo.
If you are driving, Aero Mark’s XL building is at 2000 International Way, on the Idaho Falls Regional
Airport. Follow the airport signs onto Skyline Drive heading north and make a left onto International
Way. Proceed straight past the F-86 Saber, and the silver building in front of you will be your
destination.
Admission to the expo is $10 at the door, or free for Idaho Aviation Association members and students,
and includes both days of the expo, all workshops and refreshments.
Lunches will be available at the expo on Friday and Saturday, and dinner, with a special guest speaker,
will be available on Saturday. We will have a kiosk at the expo entrance where you can purchase your
meals. All food is professionally catered and of the highest quality. There are three exhibitor sponsored
breaks during the expo, as well as cocktail hours on Friday and Saturday evening with hors d'oeuvres
and a no host bar.

That's my grandfather, Bill Woods, with his staggerwing!!!!!! He's the one with the cig hanging from his mouth.

Very cool!!

Bob Hoff now owns that plane and I've ridden in it since he restored it!

I have a ton of pics of him but don't seem to have that one. Would love a copy of that picture, Whee.

Edit: Nevermind I just emailed Aeromark.

I have in laws visiting......timing is everything.

Bob and Jane Hoff are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet, and they are a big part of putting this gig together.

I sincerely hope lots of folks attend and help to make this a successful and long running event. Maybe next year for me.

As is their son Thomas!! He's sending me a poster of the Expo ad and an article he wrote on my grandfather for the Staggerwing Club. Very generous!

Sorry for the thread drift Whee.

Enjoy the event fellas. Wish I could make it. Think I'll have to put it on the schedule for next year.

Beautiful picture, especially with the Beech. I sure wish there were still trees there...used to be a nice bit of shade to get away from the snakes in.

I should take that in, I've been wanting to see it without the foggles anyway.

I spent 14 hours today at Aeromark fixing a wounded Sovereign. Bob waited on me hand and foot, helped extract a frozen screw and told me stories about his gorgeous airplane collection. What an outstanding fellow!!!! :D

He's taking the Beech 18 to Driggs tomorrow. What a lucky fellow!!! 8)
