Hopefully this service was restored because folks applied political pressure. In fact, don't tell me if it was otherwise. I live under the illusion that we voters can slap that arrogant smirk off politicians face if we hang together.

I don't think that the Postmaster general is a politician.:oops:

The mail route in question was initially cut by a bean counter. When that plan went up the chain of command it was quickly reversed =D> because the mission of the postal service is very specific as to who gets mail delivered. To eliminate this route would have violated their own mission statement. Politicians were not involved [-X I apologize for bursting your bubble.
