Ideas for Hangar Financing?

I am entertaining the idea of building a hangar with a partner and splitting the cost / financing. Can anyone suggest how to go about this and/or a source for financing something like this? It would be on leased airport property.

Looking for ideas...

Re: Ideas for Hangar Financing?

Very interested in this thread.

There is vacant airport land adjacent to the runway and I've been mulling over a business plan to build and rent some hangar space. This is an incredible area to fly and I'm pretty sure decent facilities would attract more planes.

The local airport has some covered area that is filled with unused and decrepit aircraft. Apparently they charge next to nothing so the wait list for a space is years long. The flight school has a bit of covered hangar space but that is full too. There are probably eight airplanes sitting outside and we are just a few miles from the ocean so the environment is not particularly friendly for sitting airplanes.
