Then it's likely your email server's spam filter is false positively identifying the BCP server notification emails as spam when you receive a PM or BCP-sent email.
One way to avoid that is to add us to your address book if you use a web based email like hotmail, yahoo, or gmail. If you use Outlook or Outlook Express, it doesn't matter since the client email program doesn't do the spam filtering (usually) but it can't hurt I suppose.
Add "[email protected]" to your address book or contacts.
