Importing a Canadian AULA into the US
Sometimes the most fun way to get into the backcountry, Part 103 Ultralights and Light Sport Aircraft have their own considerations.
Anyone here have experience in importing a Canadian Advanced Ultra Light (AULA , similar to a US E-AB Light Sport )into the US and if so would you be willing to share your opinion and nuts & bolts of the process ?
Thanks .

I just successfully imported an Autogyro MTO Sport from Canada. It came in under Experimental Exhibition class - since it was factory and not Amateur built, but without a factory "type" LSA in the US. Happy to share any info.
