Impressive crash to walk away from

Horrible that the girl witnessed her father being killed. I will have the family in my thoughts and prayers.
I continue to be impressed with the crashworthiness of the Aviat Husky. Those are some tough airframes. The survivability seems to be extremely good.
I'm sure much of it is not only due to the design, but the use of modern building materials. I.e. 4130 chromoly. Another thing that has been in my thoughts about this airframe is its weight. I know the Huskys are a bit on the "husky" side when it comes to weight compared to something like a super cub, but if it improves my odds in a crash I would have to say it's worth it.
I like the design that is built into the new BCSC version 2 for protection from the cargo for the pilot. It essentially keeps your cargo from become a guillotine.
