Inactive engine
Lycoming, Continental, Hartzell, McCauley, or any broad spectrum drive system component used on multiple type.
Do logs show the oil and filter or screen was changed or serviced every 6 months? If so I would feel real good about it. If it has the same oil in it from 5 years ago, uhhhh maybe not feel so good.

Good choice. Just buy a C175 glider and a towing STC. The paperwork has already been done.

Lynn Sanderson (Dirtstrip) passed away from natural causes in May 2013. He was a great contributor and will be missed dearly.
