Inbound for Eveleth, MN
Not necessarily information about airstrips or airports, but more general info about a greater area or a route of flight.
Wife and I are on our way back to visit family on Long Lake. Planning to meet marcusofcotton on thurs afternoon for a hangar BBQ at EVM. If anyone is around and would like to grab coffee or lunch or even a beer, shoot me a PM with your phone #.

To bad your route isn't 250 miles South you could stop into Luverne, but that would be a huge diversion. Tracy and I are flying to Cheyenne this weekend (the plane is finally done), or I'd come up and met you. Maybe next time; or my daughter just moved to Sumner, WA. We are tentatively planning a flight in Sept to visit maybe I'll look you up then.

Enjoy your time in the north woods Zane. I'll be entertaining fisherman (house guests) the next 10 days, or would suggest you come up for a taste of Canada float flying/fishing.

Thanks Steve. I really do love it up here. My brother in law lives on Long lake, and we were treated to this scene last night:

Seems like float flying is really embraced here, whereas in Oregon we're continually fighting to protect our access. Maybe it's got something to do with supply and demand...
