I thought my parking brake wasn't working, but it turns out it might just be backwards. Scratching my head a little about this one.
It appears that the handle is in the correct position, but the rod is 180* out. Am I correct?
Basically, if you pull the parking brake out and rotate it UP it will lock into position.
