For those who aren't on our mailing list, the Utah Back Country Pilots Association is proud to announce that our new website is open for registration! By filling out the form at https://utahbackcountrypilots.org/join you'll be added to our new non-temporary mailing list and after registration you'll be given the option to join the UBCP and support our efforts with your membership dues.

Dues are now processed via Stripe so we're able to take most credit/debit cards, but if you want to kick it old school, you could always mail Steve and Cathy a check.

Our new website has some exciting new features I hope become your one stop shop for airstrip condition reports for our many airstrips. Currently, we're in the process of vetting the 300+ airstrips that we've amassed over the last 18 months to verify land ownership, access, and conditions. Once we've verified the nitty-gritty, we'll add more airstrips to our website.

As Steve Durtschi said in the beginning, “The combined effort of individuals has been the key to our success.” Thanks for supporting the UBCP.

Done! I recall signing up several months ago and forgot to mail in the check, but the brief temp access was at least interesting. Much better now with instant gratification, I'm looking forward to seeing all of the strips added into the map view. Some added value might come from including topo and sectional layers too.
