Kanita Oregon

Does anyone know if there is a strip near Kanita Oregon. We have a family trip planned. I want to fly but can not find a strip close by. I really do not want ot drive. Thanks!!!

Wayne, I've never heard of Kanita and it doesn't even show on Google Maps. Where is it?

It's a small resort near The Warm Springs Indian Reservation, just north of Madras and Warm Springs. 44 51'37.04N 121 12'00.18 this will show you on Google Earth.

That would be Kahneeta Resort and Casino.

Closest airport by far is Madras, S33. Hardly a backcountry strip, but a nice little airport nonetheless.
