Keep the beer flowing, it's important

'Well you see, Norm, it's like this . . . A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.'

HeyButch
Yes it was. I got it in an email, with a picture of the two of them sittin at the bar. Wasn't able to bring the picture over. Norm is one of my heros, funny guy.

Isn't it about time for you to show up so we can get rid of some of those weak/slow brain cells.

One of the best characters of all time! There are some other things about John Ratzenberger that I really like too...

He had a show where we toured around the US to find show off companies that are all made in the USA. One show they were at the Airstream place and they were talking about how they also take old ones and turn them into bars...like the kind you'd stick in the hangar for folks to hang at and drink. Well John says he has to give it the Cliffy test and he leans on it and starts spouting off one of his Cheer's line..."You know Norm, it's a little known fact...." then he stands up and says "Yup, it passes!"

Also, I have a 3yr old, so we watch all the Pixar movies. He does the voice for 9 characters in their movies. In one of them in the credits his character from that movie is at a drive in watching different Pixar movies and he's keep commenting on how "his" character is such a great actor and such...then about the 5th one, he says something like, "Wait a minute, they're just using the same guy over and over in all these movies! What a cheap low rate production this is!"

He cracks me up!
