I have a favor to ask. Our business has been built on word of mouth. We don't advertise much anymore because we are so blessed to have customers who do that for us. I say this humbly. I am truly grateful for each and every one of you.
 
Today there is also the "word of mouse." More and more customers go onto the internet to see how our covers look and fit on an aircraft like theirs. To be very honest with you, our pictures library is outdated and incomplete. We need more pictures. It is the number one complaint about our web site: customers want to see photos of our covers on real aircraft.
 
With that said, I am going to ask you a favor: would you please post a picture of our cover or sun shield after you install it on your aircraft? You can either upload it to our Facebook page (preferred): http://www.facebook.com/kennonaircraftcovers, or e-mail it to me at [email protected]. I am always monitoring Facebook, which is why I would prefer that you post it there.
 
In return, I promise to do something really nice and extremely tasteful for you. I have the very best customer friends in the world. Aircraft owners helped build Kennon, so I am not reluctant at all to ask you to snap a picture from your camera or camera phone and post or e-mail it.
 
If there is a problem with your order, please post that on our Facebook page or e-mail it to me. Occasionally, we screw up. We want to make it right when we do. The reason I encourage you to post these issues publicly is because I want everyone to know that it is okay to be open and honest with us. We want to be transparent and to be held accountable.
