Knik Fly in meet and greet.

Ok. It's Official. Fly in, meet and greet at the picnic strip on Monday May 2, starting at 6 p.m. Hope everyone can make it. It's a long enough strip for almost anything. If you're not familiar with it, the beginning of the strip (down river end) is fairly rutted, and the middle section has a few bumps. Landing to the left hand side on the lower end is the smoothest, but not as long. Please know your airplane and your ability. See you all soon. [emoji2][emoji2] frequency is 122.7 from the old Glenn bridge on up.Image

I really would love to make this but I think we'll be down on the Kenai by then. #-o

Was it different than the pipers that get helo'd out any other week?

Looks like maybe... A PA22. Hopefully it was a conversion. Also looks like a cub lost a prop in midflight near Eklutna in the last week too.
