Knisley mufflers for 54 180 Cessna
Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?
My new mufflers just showed up today. They will replace the ones I bought back in 1996 that have over 700 hrs. I have their modified K35 Beechcraft dual exhaust on my 470 K.

Those look good. To verify, they are new manufacture not OH'd?
I was wondering what they set you back?
FWIW, last fall I bought a set of new mufflers for my 53 model from Aerospace Welding for $383 apiece--
which was less than Knisley wanted to OH my old ones.

Cessna Skywagon -- accept no substitute!
These were $522 each and brand new. These are bigger inlet/outlet than the original since the stacks look more like headers. I modified my original system from the 470 A by putting 4 bolt flanges on. After a year of running that setup, Knisley was able to make a whole new system for me.
