Good find. I wonder what happened to the mechanic who didn't tighten the hose clamp?

The pilot is the builder and mechanic. This Lancair turbo set-up and ducting is his own design. :-$ :-$ :-$

Guys name is Mark Patey and lives down there close to 62 Leemer in
Spanish Fork, UT.. He built a very nice Zenith 801 and a few other experimentals, including one of those turbo prop, pressurized Epics.... I believe on one website he did admit to leaving the clamp loose.. #-o

He's actually done some nice work. I don't fault him too much tho.. I ran out to the hangar two nights ago at 130 am after I woke up remembering I had left a battery cart plugged in to an airplane- Doh!! #-o #-o #-o sucks getting old(er)

Glad it went well. Lessons learned.
