That's interesting. I thought the helicopter (CH7 Kompress) must have a small turbine engine. I looked it up and found they use a derated 914 Rotax. Specs http://www.ch-7helicopter.com/aircraft. ... 72ktc9fme3

At a couple minutes in the view straight down the load on the end of the line starts oscillating pretty good. I thouight he might want to punch it off, but no.

I was wondering if any of these light helicopter mfg were using Rotax power. That is one piston engine that I would consider flying with in one of these helicopters.

The two seat version looks like it would be a blast for one plus a buddy. If money were no object....

Does it seem like it is shaking and vibrating quite a bit?

I too noticed that, then I remembered it's a helicopter, and they are supposed to do that, ha ha.

Good on Rotax, (again) for being the power plant for that bird, I also thought it was a small turbine. What a sweet machine, I could use one of those.

No more than a helicopter usually does.

I looked up those CH-77s too. Looks like a nice bird and (fairly) affordable at ~$100k. If I had that much money laying around I'd get one :D
