Little help on McCauley C204 propeller weight
Lycoming, Continental, Hartzell, McCauley, or any broad spectrum drive system component used on multiple type.
So I need a little help finding the weight of a C204 90" propeller. I sold mine and didn't think to weigh it before it left and now I need to do the weight and balance for the new 3 bladed prop. I've searched the Internet with no luck, so anyone with C204 experience please chime in.

The approximate weight of the propeller is listed in the propeller type certificate sheet. Your propeller Mccauley (C2A34C204) under Mccauley Propeller Systems is listed at 49 pounds.
http://www.airweb.faa.gov/Regulatory_an ... enFrameSetI would bet the spinner and backing plate weight is very similar to what you put back on.

FWIW I went from an 82" C203 last year to an 88" C201-- the new propeller itself weighed 52 pounds.
The old prop (which actually measured out at 80-1/2") weighed 50 pounds. I used the same spinner assembly.
