Macy,s

Happy Thanksgiving to all... well here I sit watching the "Macy's Parade" which I went to as a kid growing up in New York City... It really is a parade, really... Of course NBC as usual doesn't cover the parade other than the baloons... As usual it has degraded to one large commercial and variety show.. replete with interviews of TV stars and people who I could'nt care less about...of course all those performers aren't really singing.. It's all lip sync to recordings..OH well at least the football games are still real... =D> :wink:

Happy Thanksgiving to all you guys too. Here in Los Angeles, it's being declared a national disaster area. The temperature has plummeted down below 60 degrees, and the Governor is asking for the National Guard to begin distributing Arctic survival gear, since most of us don't know where we stored our jackets. Our hi-botox/lo-credibility news reporters are out in their AStars chasing several terrifying reports of a snowflake being sighted somewhere inside the county line :shock:

Yeah, it'd be nice to have real football, but I made a vow never to attend or watch another football game as long as Michael Vick is alive and breathing. If I still had a favor to cash in from a couple of old Italian "uncles" I once had in Vegas many years ago...
