Magee (S77) - Fishing ?

The girlfriend and I are Thinking about heading to Magee (S77) this weekend (8/3 - 8/4) for some camping and R&R.
I see Trail Creek and Teppe Creek listed on the map. Is it worth throwing in my fly rod??

In my experience, the fishing is always best when you've neglected to bring your fly rod.

I camped at Magee in June, I didn't bring my fishing pole though so I can't tell you if it's any good. I think I remember seeing a sign that said fishing was catch and release only. Watch out for standing water and mud on the north 500ft of runway, it may be dried up by now though.

Thanks Rob- Been pretty dry here lately but I will watch out for the mud.

Spent a couple of nights at S77 back in August of '07. Not much water in the creek and two of our party went fly fishing with no luck at all.
Did see some bear sign though.
