Re: March 18th LUNCH RUN

I'm hoping to make it to McMinnville on Friday. Last time didn't work out. Planning on getting there around 10:00 local time. My folks and grandpa are going with, otherwise I'd bump it up a day and catch up with you Rob.

I might be in, as long as you don't RUN on the beech. The only time I run is when someone is chasing me :D

3 planes in from MMV, if you leave TTD at the same time, we might keep ahead of you.

Re: March 18th LUNCH RUN

Yep, I'm a little jealous, too. Because my work schedule is planned to be very slow (lot's of time off between events), I'm only planning three trips this year.

1. JC BCP.org Fly-In
2. Austin, NV Fly-In
3. Cody, WY for the 4th of July weekend.

The rest is local to stay currant, unless I find a fuel sponsor.

Re: March 18th LUNCH RUN

The day was beautiful. Five or six planes made it. I forget where we ate, but it was right on the north end of the runway. It was fun to hear stories from some of the BCPers. Here's a couple of pictures taken "out the window". Rob took one of the group. Bet he'll post it later.

tom

ps. Stopped at Toledo and checked out this posting: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=4662&p=58544&hilit=toledo#p58544 I'll be taking the "mission" and will post soon. I won't spoil it for those who haven't gotten there yet.

Re: March 18th LUNCH RUN

Great day at the beach. We had 5 planes and 10 guys. Tom, Chad, Terry, Dave, Brian, Jamin, Jason, Shaun, Chads friend I'm at a loss and me. Sun light wind. Ate at Fat Freddy's diner. We had a good BS session. Brian came all the way from Bend.

OK everybody put your hands in your pockets. Guess which ones are government employees.
