Things must be looking up.
Maule gets the M9 weight up.
ABW gets the extended gear up.
Benefits and congratulations for all.

Very nice. Wish I still had a Maule. Someday perhaps. Also kudos Pops on the music. I had to have a few extra listens, loved it.

That is really cool. So how does the handling and tail moment feel in comparison to your stock gear? Did you change the Oleo spring any?
Seems like prop clearance with the 35's is plenty, so was this just for AOA increase for shorter takeoff?

Oleo Spring pack is Stock at this time, the feel is great not to tipy at all. The AOA is some what of a change as it wants to fly sooner and a little different on landing as well, it is now a wheel landing machine at low speed.

Wup,
Congratulations to you and your crew at Alaska Bushwheel! I know this was a frustrating journey navigating through the FAA's seemingly endless bureaucracy to obtain an STC. You stuck with it and now have a truly superior product on the market. I think your new Maule extended gear will work great for both ski, and off-field wheel operations Thanks for your determination and ingenuity.
