They’re made with PVC pipe, noodles split lengthwise as spacers, and corrugated lexan skylight found at box hardware stores. The corrugations are cut between the humps, and reflective tape put on them. It all works pretty well as a reflector marker. If there’s a lot of rain, sometimes the noodles pop out.
