I checked with Minam Lodge today and Shelly said due to recent heavy rains and a rise in the river, the strip at the Lodge is not usable as of 6/09/2010. Anybody thinking of going in should call first 541-432-6545. Has anybody been into Dug Bar or Big Bar recently Conditions, thanks!

Was at Big Bar not to long ago and it is in good shape...the toilet was taken out in late May...it can only be in place from Oct thru May...the strip is in good shape....I haven't landed at Dug Bar this year, but have seen planes on it on fly overs...with this rain we've been having, I would expect the grass to be getting a bit high....Maybe Wup been in there in his new Maule?? ENJOY
