All of these "Back Country Kitchens" have a similar situation. I've dropped in unannounced and Shelly has always been very accommodating, but, as a courtesy, a call or note is helpful. We should keep in mind, the schedule they keep and the business they get. They might have 10 airplanes one morning and no one else for 10 days, or maybe one pilot by him/herself at 6:30 expecting one of those heaping plates with a smile.
If able, its always courteous to alert any of them.
