Someones in trouble now. Say 100 Hail Mary's and promise not to ever do that again.
UMMMMMM I love the Mile High one but but but IIIIII hope we have evolved past the multiple take off and landings and buzz jobs.

And that freeking prop, my neighbors started to complain as I watched the video.

If you have small tail numbers I would ask my friend to NOT! plaster my name on the video.

God bless Steve Knopp, Small N numbers, and quite MT props.. because some of us actually like the idea of being less conspicuous when we gotta play hard...

I'm not particularly offended by off road noises, but....noisy props remind me of when Supertrapps first came on the dirt scene and all the squids thought that rattle trap was actually doing something for their performance

A flight of 2 Bonanza's came into my airport yesterday evening and did a straight-in initial with an overhead break, then a low pass, & then (finally) flew the pattern (again) and landed. My regular 45 entry wasn't gonna work out to be conflict free with them on the last circuit so I said I'd turn out & orbit to wait for them to do their thing. PITA-- wish they'd just done their overhead break & landed, that woulda been appropriate.
Then they had to wait after they landed so they could taxi together in close trail, which fouled up my landing on the grass next to the parallel. PITA again. Personally speaking, if people are gonna do shit like that I wish they'd just do it when they're at home (like I do). What cracks me up is that every one of the guys (and gals) who do that whole OH break thing tell ya that "it's the quickest way to get the flight on the ground" -- which it might be if they'd forgo the high pass, the low pass, & the smoke pass.

Yep, my plane survived being shot at by Chuck Norris! It should be able to take any of my landings, right?

Old Chuck looks like kind of a hippie boy in that clip, guess he missed going to the barbershop that week. I like the sawed-off double-barrel he's packing around in the lowrider holster though. The goggles on the pilot are a nice touch (not).
Nice flying on the part of the C170. Seems like I remember an article written by a member in the 170 Assn News years ago about that film job.
