Re: Montana Aviation Conference

Wish I could make it. My schedule would actually allow for it for once, but my craft is currently down for maintenance and improvements.

Will you be posting your presentation online MTV?

I happen to know a 7-year old in Missoula with a budding interest in planes. Will this conference have much cool stuff for a kid to look at?
Thanks,

Hey Mike, that is cool that you're a speaker. I wish I could attend but it's a stretch from home. See you in AK.

I'm not sure, though there are always a fair number of young uns attend each year. There are some evening tours out to Neptune Air and the Smokejumper museum as well.

The MPA Hangar party Friday afternoon at 4-6:15 pm is always at a local hangar. This year it is at Neptune and there is always static aircraft on display. The regular booths at the conference always give away small stuff that might hold a kids interest. Here's a link for the conference program. Scroll down the Montana Aviation Conference and click the link " Conference Program"

Check out the Grandpa on the bottom of page 19! I'm pretty excited. It's the break I need and a huge blessing for me. I was on a Hi also the day the picture was taken. Stock hp, 5's on the main, 5's on the nose.

For those of you who saw the controversial video that our AOPA friends did not like, what do you think the flap setting was? [-X

I can get off work long enough on Friday to attend the awards program.

I can't thank the Montana Pilot's Association enough. It revives my dreams and is an incredible opportunity.

Anybody in the area with any extra time, feel free to show up at Aircraft Structural Repair in Stevensville, just south of Missoula.
