Planning to head over! Think I'll bring my dad along with... he hasn't flown really in the last 20 years, but had a couple planes when I was young (got me into flying!). Should be a nice father's day weekend! Hope to see you guys there tomorrow,

Rats, looks like I am going to be a no-show this weekend. Had some work issues come up that need extra attention.
Was looking forward to cruising over Mesa Mountain and dropping down Embargo Creek on the way to the ranch.... Oh well there is always next time. You guys have a good time.

We dropped in at noon.... didn't see anybody around so we took off to a little exploring of the area, wanted to show dad some other cool things around the area. Checked the board and saw your message about things getting going in the afternoon. Figured we come back by, but the winds picked up and we were notified it was getting pretty bad up our way. Got home about 4:30-5 and it was a 20-25mph x-wind and hasn't really let up since. Hope there was a good turnout!!

Sorry I did not get the time posted earlier in the week.
Lionel was at the cabin, but taking a nap. He told me that he heard voices, but before he could get up around you were taking off.
Lionel and Lee both send thanks for flying in. Sorry they missed you.
