Try some granulated ginger. I've heard that it works. Just take a few granules before the flight and no motion sickness. No idea if it's true or now but I bought some. It tastes good too. ;)

MECLEZINE.... ask your pharmacist.
Extremely effective, no DROWSY... no after effects for my wife
Serious bumps are now laughed off in the afternoon flights...

The brand name is Bonine. I'm going to try this one out on my wife. Dramamine always made her sleepy. Cautiously optimistic on this one.
