Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
It seems like it had been a while since they came out with anything new, and were maybe just coasting. It seems like a delicate balance for a kit plane manufacturer between staying with a tried and true design and coming out with a new model every now and then to keep the buzz up. Like the SuperStol for Just Aircraft and the S-20 for Rans. What a brutal business, survival of the fittest I guess.

Wish I could afford an aircraft company.
I'd move the operation to Georgia and change the name to Southern or Dixie or Confederate or some such.

How do you make a small fortune in aviation?
Start with a large one and buy an aircraft company.
