Interesting gear mod. I've never seen a Pacer on Cub-style bungee gear.

Working to fix that, one year at a time. 8) Hopefully see you in May again.

Very nice aircraft. I love the panel. I am currently building an experimental pacer and have been going back and forth between standard ext cub gear or a set like yours with the wide top section. How long are your wings after the stretch? Looking forward to seeing some action out of this thing.

I'm not sure what the wingspan is now, but it looks like there is maybe 18" added to each wing. I'll try and get some pictures/photos of this plane in action.

Gorgeous plane. Love the glass panel. Can't wait to see it in action.

I see that most folks these days tend to call the conversion of an old 'milk stool' Tri-Pacer to a taildragger as a PA22/20. It is easy to understand why, however, the first one I flew in back in the late 60's, was owned by Jim Richardson, and the STC called the finished product a Piper RAVEN. It was deep purple.

Any one else here as old as I am?
Maybe I've read too much E.A. Poe.

That is because there are more than one STC conversions out there... The Raven conversion, Univair and Now Trimmer.... I maintain a Raven gear Pacer locally.... Only difference between in and Univair is the Raven gear does not have any under gear pans...
