Just a heads up,
I received a letter in the mail from the "National Aviation Center" claiming that my aircraft registration was going to expire (it won't for almost 3 more years). A quick look at their website shows that they charge $65 to renew your registration for you when the FAA only charges $5. I chatted with one of their reps and found that there are no tangible advantages to paying the extra $60. I hope this keeps a few people from wasting money.

Thanks for alerting us to another scam. Maybe it will prevent owners from being taken advantage of by this outfit.

I received one as well today. You must understand it is very complicated to renew your registration, I think an attorney and a CPA may be in order to do it properly. Well you have to to laugh at some of the cons these days. I am surprised they don't offer an App to help with the process and a subscription service to keep you appraised of your registration status. If you get the gold plan, you will get a bluetooth dongle for your keychain that will alert your phone if you should be flying out of registration.
