New BCP sponsor: River Ranch - McCall, Idaho property

I'd like to announce a new site sponsor that's come aboard: River Ranch real estate development in McCall, Idaho. They're offering buildable home and cabin lots adjacent to the McCall airport. Seems like it would be a great location to call home base, with the Idaho backcountry in your backyard.

Please welcome them, and if you have any questions, I think their representative will be watching this thread.

Great news. Love to see new sponsors. Wish them the best. Great website. I have found that usually any business or service that post great detail about the product or service with the only missing information being the actual price means its more than I can afford :D

That place looks pretty sweet . Good Geographic location for certain . Prices up front would be nice .

I don't know . Idaho being Idaho you would think that the prices would perhaps not offend most of the country as far as "affordability" goes for something that offers all that . . It does look very nice . Unfortunately for me I do have to ask the price .

Hi BCP community! We're happy to be sponsoring the BCP website. We get a lot of attention from pilots like yourselves. Flying is in our blood, too. Our founder and chairman of the board flies his Maule right out of KMYL. As for pricing, all of our lots are waterfront and range from about a quarter acre to just under 10 acres, and are listed from $85k to $420k.

We've got a great working relationship with KMYL's manager and look forward to strengthening our partnership in the future.

If anyone would like to tour the property, please contact me directly at 415-302-6993. Simply let me know your arrival time at KMYL and we'll coordinate.

McCall, IMHO, is one of the premiere Lower 48 places to live for a backcountry pilot.

Wonderful place, nice people, epic flying, boating, skiing, motorcycling, bicycling, driving etc.

Winter's too much for Doc though. I barely survive in the southeast Washington desert.
