Just wanted to say Hi and I'm proud to be here. Glad to find an active forum with flyers of like interest.
I'm here in the deep south, cotton and peanut country, where the plane of choose is an airtractor or ag-cat. I'm not a spray pilot but sure would like to be. That's another story for another day.
I owned an M4-220C maule for six years, but it or the wife had to go. Sometimes I wish I'd made a different choose. I herd the opposites attract, so is there any girls that own a maule and a man that don't like it out there? Let's deal....
G'day

Real pilots fly airplanes built in Moultrie.
Real good pilots fly airplanes that are yellow and smell like poison.

I don't think any comment from me is necessary on the signature......
I count myself among the lucky, have the plane and the wife, and they get along nicely!
The more the merrier, welcome all!
John, I think it's about time we have another Sunday get together.

This cracks me up. If I were ever stupid enough to force my husband to choose between me and the SuperCub - DUH. And I'd be walking a lot more places or flying commercial ..... fortunately for both of us I like the backseat and going along. But I do realize that lots of women don't think freezing their you-know-what off in those *comfy* backseats is a fun thing. So stay home and don't bitch about it.
That being said, I get even: I have horses! Yet another expensive hobby.
Seriously, I've never understood that ultimatum. My husband had an airplane when we met and that was just part of the deal.
Welcome to the new members from a wife who understands!
