New house, new ramp

Hey all

Looking at getting a place by Lake Okachobee, I found a listing by a long and wide takeoff run with a short taxi to the house.

There is a boat house, but I’d ether have to remove it, or majorly modify it, if I have the space on the neighbors side to extend the sides out.

I was thinking of a lift maybe?
Maybe something like this but low profile

Hangar space is also a issue, I’m trying to get into KOBE, maybe build a arch hangar if I can, lots of demand for space and little progress on making any hangers.

I’m almost thinking how bad it would be to have the plane live on the lift, if I could enclose it somehow.

Plane is a amphib skywagon

It's probably already under contract. Call before you spend much more time thinking about it.
