New: Photo gallery comments page

New: Photo gallery comments page

There's always seemed to be a disconnect in the flow of the photo gallery community interaction. You can leave comments on photos, but there's no good way to review them. The "Last Comments" link in the photo gallery menu is contextual based on the gallery you are viewing, which gets confusing.

I added a main menu link for a custom comment review page:
