New pup

Not necessarily an airplane thing but one of the things I do with my plane is to take my dog and go bird hunting. Well, I lost my best friend last fall, he hunted moose, Ptarmigan and grouse with me, he got to where I had to lift him into the plane but he would sit and watch out the window.

Anyway, I am looking for a new pup. Another Springer Spaniel or a Munsterlander is my first choice. Do any of you kind folks have or know of some pups.
Thanks
Shane

Re: New pup

We got our Springer (years ago) from Bird Dog Hill in East Palestine, OH. That area was recently affected by the train derailment you’ve probably seen in the news. My wife still keeps tabs on them and she told me they were needing to give away their dogs because of the evacuation. Not sure where you’re at but could be worth a call. They have a website if you google. He’s been a great dog for us.
