No Magenta lines on Airspace Outside the US?

No Magenta lines on Airspace Outside the US?
Hey folks. I was looking at online charts for other parts of the world, and noticed that some countries have no magenta lines to mark their airspace, but only blue. I assume that the fading blue line marks class G? What is the dashed blue line, though, and what is inside and outside of it?
