Looking to meet up with a friend in Traverse City, then fly to Pictured Rocks. Would like to secure the amphib for a few hours while we hike and/or kayak. Any thoughts about where to beach/ramp/moor nearby?
On the way back would like to visit Mackinac Island. I could use the airport, but was wondering if there are seaplane-suitable docks at the harbor?
Lastly, any info on Walloon Lake for seaplanes?
