I haven't finished the book yet but I had a lot of fun flipping through it to find some good excerpts. Dick has some fun stories and talks a lot about some of the other pilots of the era in that region.

I am already a net shopaholic and I resisted the pointer to the book maybe 5 minutes.

I found it hard to put down and I have finished it. My only complaint is that I wish books would not segregate pictures which this one does.

I loved the stories, the regret of bad decisions, and the angst of doing the right thing which impacted colleagues.

The part of his son carrying on the tradition of flying to your best of your abilities is "sweet" and the picture of the Raptor and Cub together is priceless.
