Ode to the straight-tail Skylane

Somehow I ended up on the e-mail list for an e-zine called Airplanista. The one I just received has a really nice photo essay about a '59 182 - belong to anyone here? Nice looking plane against some stunning scenery. Hope the link works...

Hello!

The link worked fine... looks like an interesting magazine!

The Editor is a guy named Dan Pimentel, who's known for trying to have the story of Jerrie Mock made into a
Motion Picture. BTW Jerrie was the first woman to fly around the world solo in 1964, flying C180 N1538C.

Hi Guys- Yep thats my airplane. We took the photo's over Labor Day Weekend. We used a 206 w/ the door removed as a photo platform. Lot's of fun and a good excuse to fly! I am based out of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Thanks for the nice comments!
