OHIO BUSH PLANES October 2,3,4 in West Virginia WV59

Fayetteville West Virginia, home of The New River Bridge. The guys at WV59 are hosting the fly-in. it is peak fall colors in the mountains that time of year. We will have some fly-outs, etc. White Water rafting can be arranged. Motels near by, but make your reservations because that is Gauley season on the river. Greg Swingle made a video of some of the strips that will be on the Mystery Tour from our recent recon trip.

Great video!!! Hope the weather is good for you guys. I think WV might be better than AK. Wish the horseshoe strip was mine.

I'm guessing this ended up no happening due to the rain?

I believe it was a washout. Last I heard, Patrol Guy spent the night on an Island in the Kanawha River and that was as far as he made it. I was too busy packing for my move. But I did hear they are at/headed to the WAD fly-in up north like always.

They made it to the WAD NH96. I think there are 30 airplanes here as of yesterday.
